臺灣糖廠曾是世代共享的生活記憶，然而隨著產業轉型與時代變遷，年輕世代對製糖歷史逐漸陌生。本專案以「全糖市」為核心，透過設計將糖廠文化轉化為兼具趣味與教育性的體驗，讓孩子在遊戲與探索中重新認識臺灣的糖業與土地故事。
在體驗設計上，以糖廠門票作為媒介，引導遊客化身維修工，依序探索壓榨、沉澱、蒸發、結晶、分蜜與包裝六大製程，在互動體驗中認識製糖機械與生產流程，並逐步進入製糖歷史的脈絡與故事情境中。各製程區亦搭配專屬糖果與包裝設計，包裝結合機械造型與可組裝結構，讓孩子在動手過程中觀察與學習，將複雜知識轉化為直觀體驗。視覺上融合蒸氣龐克機械語彙與鮮明的糖果多巴胺色彩，賦予糖廠嶄新生命。
本專案希望將臺灣糖業的歷史記憶轉譯為新世代能夠理解與參與的形式，讓文化在日常生活與遊戲體驗中自然被傳遞，種下一顆關於
臺灣產業與土地記憶的種子，使這段甜蜜而重要的文化故事得以持續延續下去。
Taiwan’s sugar factories were once a shared cultural memory, yet industrial transformation has distanced younger generations from this history. Centered on the “Sweet City Park” this project reinterprets sugar culture into an engaging educational experience.
Using tickets as the core medium, visitors become maintenance workers and explore six sugar production processes: pressing, sedimentation, evaporation, crystallization, separation, and packaging. Through interactive tasks, they learn production logic while entering its historical narrative.
Each process features exclusive candy and modular packaging, enabling hands-on learning and transforming complex knowledge into intuitive experiences. Visually, the design blends steampunk elements with vibrant dopamine colors, revitalizing the sugar factory.
By translating history into participatory design, this project allows cultural heritage to be experienced and naturally passed on.
