Buttons are everywhere in daily life, yet many people are not sure when they should press them and when they should not. This is especially true in public spaces, where buttons are often misused because they are difficult to recognize or because people make incorrect judgments. These misunderstandings can affect public safety, but they are often ignored.
This project starts from this everyday issue and rethinks how people understand and use public buttons in a way that is easier to accept and remember. The design uses a retro pixel style as its main visual language. Through the contrast between a playful visual style and a serious issue, the project aims to attract attention and encourage people to rethink the buttons they encounter in daily life.
Instead of simply telling people what to do, the project turns the process of using buttons into a more intuitive and interactive experience, making public safety easier to understand and easier to remember.
