Refill 是一款針對美妝產業開發的智慧循環化妝品補給系統，旨在從根本解決化妝品「一次性包裝」造成的環境負擔。本設計的核心在於建立一個嚴謹且具儀式感的循環生態。透過內建的晶片瓶技術，系統能精確追蹤每一支瓶子的填充紀錄，並設定「20 次循環上限」以確保瓶器結構安全，達成產品生命週期的閉環管理。
為了解決傳統補給站最受質疑的衛生防弊問題，Refill 整合了多重安全防護：在填充前，機台會透過精密電子秤進行重量偵測，若殘留物過多則引導清洗，確保不發生交叉污染；隨後啟動 15 秒的高壓氣流清理與 UVC 深度殺菌程序，維持內容物的新鮮度與純淨。
在操作體驗上，機台針對 160 公分左右的使用者進行人因工程優化。螢幕與感應區設於 125 公分的黃金視角，填充艙則位於手肘自然的 100 公分高度，減少操作負擔。系統採取「先支付、後操作」的邏輯，配合自動透明艙門與新舊瓶雙口設計（回收放入與補給領取），將單調的補充行為升級為高端精品的互動儀式。Refill 不僅是減塑工具，更是對永續美妝消費標準的重新定義。
