本設計旨在探索外送文化衝擊下的建築新形態。 在數位物流重新定義城市邊界的當下,我們創立了一個集結自有品牌、中央廚房、共創辦公與實體餐廳的「垂直實驗室」。這棟建築不再僅是單純的消費空間,而是一個有機的垂直生產系統。建築核心緊扣「食物溯源」與「資源共享」兩大軸線,所有進駐品牌皆共享高品質的食材供應鏈與高效能的現代化中央廚房,從制度上落實了循環經濟,並促進餐飲從業者之間的專業共創與技術交流。
建築最顯著的特徵在於一條貫穿立面的「垂直取餐坡道」。 為了應對現代都市中外送員與行人動線衝突的痛點,這條專為外送載體設計的斜坡動線,讓配送員能直接從街道平面順暢爬升至三樓核心取餐區。此設計有效分流了高頻次的物流動能與一般饕客的悠閒動線,在大幅提升取餐效率的同時,也成功減解了地面層的交通負擔與視覺紊亂,創造出一種全新的物流景觀。
對於大眾而言,這裡不僅是一間提供餐飲的設施,更是一個充滿好奇心的美食實驗場。透過透明化的空間布局與垂直層次的堆疊,民眾能親眼見證食物從研發、加工到最終上桌的全過程。這種透明性不僅建立了品牌的信任度,更強化了消費者與食物產地、製程之間的連結。
This "Vertical Laboratory" integrates an in-house brand, centralized kitchens, and co-working spaces. This structure operates as an organic production system built upon "Food Traceability" and "Resource Sharing." By establishing a high-efficiency communal kitchen and shared sourcing, the project manifests a circular economy while fostering technical synergy among culinary innovators within a unified brand ecosystem.
The defining feature is the "Vertical Delivery Ramp" penetrating the facade. This path is a strategic response to conflicts between delivery traffic and pedestrians. The ramp allows personnel to transition from street level directly to the third-floor pick-up zone, bypassing public entrances. This achieves absolute segregation of logistics and leisure, optimizing efficiency while alleviating ground-level congestion. It transforms chaotic delivery into a structured "Logistics Landscape."
