EchoRock是一款專為長者設計的預防肌少症的搖椅，並搭配紀錄搖晃幅度與AI生成音樂的活動，增加長者使用時的樂趣。改變使用EchoRock的姿勢，能鍛鍊從手臂到腿部等多組肌群。活動進行時，空間中的感測系統會即時捕捉長者不同幅度與節奏的搖動，並透過AI生成，讓運動轉化為創造音樂的過程。

EchoRock is a rocking chair designed for older adults, combining motion-generated sound with AI-generated music to enhance enjoyment during use while engaging muscle groups from the hands to the feet. Sound is produced through internal physical impacts within the seat cushion, and a companion app uses AI to guide posture adjustments, support muscle training, and generate music. It also enables group exercise with synchronized musical interaction.
