This device integrates a window with an air purification system to address the conflict between indoor ventilation and poor outdoor air quality. While opening windows allows fresh air in, it also introduces PM2.5, dust, and allergens, whereas keeping windows closed can lead to stale air and increased carbon dioxide levels, affecting health and comfort.
The system filters incoming air while maintaining ventilation, blocking harmful particles and improving air quality. Its bidirectional airflow design removes indoor pollutants, humidity, and odors. The window also features electrochromic glass for adjustable light control and a solar coating that converts sunlight into energy, reducing reliance on external power and supporting sustainability.
