在都市化高度發展的今天，親水空間往往被堤防與圍欄隔絕，我們逐漸失去了感受水律動的本能。我們想透過Neo Agora重新定義人與水域的邊界。以「可模組化的水上廊道」系統，在水面上建構出一座漂浮的城市廣場。它是一個能隨著不同場域需求、動態調整形態的「感官載體」。
相較於傳統船隻的封閉與不穩定，Neo Agora 追求的是一種「動態中的平衡」。使用者踏上廊道後，能細膩地感知水波帶來的起伏晃動，透過這種微小的物理反饋，重新建立身體與自然的連結。模組化的平台設計提供了一個穩固且高包容性的空間，無論是孩童的跑跳或是長者的漫步，都能在不同的視角下，從水面中心回望岸上的歷史地景，感受平時無法觸及的視覺張力與寧靜氛圍。
Neo Agora 具備高度的環境適應性，計畫隨水流漂移至台灣各處水域，從港口到古老運河。每到一個站點，廊道便化身為互動式的文化導覽介面。民眾只需掃描節點上的 QR Code，即可解鎖當地的歷史脈絡與故事，將單純的休閒散步轉化為深度的感官敘事旅程。
我們致力於打造一個「跨世代共融聚場」，透過Neo Agora，讓不同年齡層的使用者都能在水的輕撫中，共同享有這段療癒時光。
