本計畫將親生物設計理念與靈活的模組化結構體系結合，重新定義高雄的高層辦公體驗。其核心理念聚焦於「透明」與「連通性」，打破摩天大樓樓層之間的封閉界線，形塑一個通透、可呼吸且具互動性的工作環境。透過垂直中庭與多層次共享平台的導入，使視覺、空氣與人流得以在建築內部自由流動，強化不同部門與使用者之間的交流。
在機能配置上，低層結合開放式圖書館與公共空間，作為城市知識與文化交流的節點；中高層則配置彈性商辦空間，回應現代企業多變的工作模式。建築外殼採用遮陽與綠化整合設計，有效回應高雄強烈日照與氣候條件，提升整體環境舒適度與節能效益。同時，藉由與周邊都市紋理與人行動線的串聯，將基地轉化為連接城市與港灣的重要節點，建立兼具效率、永續與公共性的複合型垂直城市空間。
This project integrates biophilic design with a modular structural system to redefine the high-rise office experience in Kaohsiung. Emphasizing “transparency” and “connectivity,” it breaks down traditional floor separation to create a breathable and interactive environment. Vertical atriums and shared platforms enhance airflow, visual continuity, and social interaction.
The lower levels include a public library and open spaces, forming a civic and cultural hub, while upper floors provide flexible office layouts for diverse work patterns. The façade incorporates shading and greenery to respond to the local climate, improving comfort and energy performance. By connecting with the surrounding urban fabric and pedestrian network, the project establishes a dynamic relationship between the city and waterfront, promoting accessibility, sustainability, and urban vitality.
