EarEase 是一款為長期配戴助聽器的長者與居家照護族群設計的耳道與助聽器整合清潔系統，旨在解決日常清潔不便與衛生管理困難的問題。長者在長時間配戴助聽器的情況下，耳道容易因耳垢堆積、汗水與濕氣累積而產生悶塞感，不僅影響聽力品質，也可能增加外耳道發炎或感染風險。同時，助聽器本身也容易因髒污與受潮導致效能下降或損壞，而現有清潔方式多仰賴人工擦拭或送修，流程繁瑣且難以標準化。
本設計將耳道清潔與助聽器保養整合於單一系統中，透過多步驟流程提升使用安全與便利性。耳道清潔部分利用約 20 ppm 的低濃度過氧化氫霧化技術溫和軟化耳垢，再搭配低壓水流進行沖洗，降低對耳道的刺激並提升清潔效率。助聽器則可透過超音波震動搭配電解水進行清潔，去除油脂與細微髒污，並透過低溫氣流進行乾燥與充電，使設備維持穩定效能。
整體操作以一鍵式設計為核心，簡化流程並降低使用門檻，搭配符合人體工學的外型與柔軟矽膠接觸設計，使長者也能安心使用。EarEase 透過整合化設計，將原本分散且複雜的清潔流程轉化為日常可執行的居家保養方式，提升聽力健康與生活品質，同時減輕照護負擔。
EarEase is a home-use integrated cleaning system designed for elderly users and long-term hearing aid wearers. Prolonged use of hearing aids often leads to earwax buildup, moisture accumulation, reduced sound quality, and increased risk of ear canal discomfort or infection. Existing cleaning methods are often inconvenient and difficult for seniors to perform independently.
EarEase combines ear canal cleaning and hearing aid maintenance into a single system. It uses low-concentration hydrogen peroxide mist (approximately 20 ppm) to gently soften earwax, followed by low-pressure water rinsing for safe removal. Hearing aids can be cleaned using ultrasonic vibration, then dried with low-temperature airflow and recharged.
With a one-button operation and intuitive design, EarEase simplifies daily care, enabling users to maintain hygiene more easily, improve hearing performance, and reduce maintenance complexity at home.
