本作品以屏東潮州在地美食「燒冷冰」為核心,結合文化轉譯、角色IP設計與數位服務體驗,重新詮釋傳統甜品的當代表現。透過觀察傳統冰店點餐流程中排隊與溝通的不便,設計直覺化線上點餐系統,讓顧客能快速選料、即時下單,並同步提升店家出餐效率,優化整體服務體驗,提升消費流程的流暢度。在視覺上,將燒冷冰中的湯圓、芋頭、花生、紅綠豆與剉冰等配料轉化為具親和力的角色IP,以明亮輕快的插畫風格,取代傳統老店既有印象,建立更符合年輕族群的品牌語言。同時透過周邊商品與社群視覺延伸,讓原本存在於街頭的在地味道轉化為可被分享與記憶的文化符號。
本作品整合「數位系統 × 在地文化 × 角色設計」,不僅提升使用體驗,也讓燒冷冰在當代語境中重新被看見,展現傳統與創新的交融價值,並強化品牌的情感連結與市場辨識度。
This project centers on “Burnt Ice,” a traditional dessert from Pingtung, integrating cultural translation, character IP design, and digital service to create an intuitive online ordering system. It improves issues such as queuing and communication, enhancing ordering efficiency and overall service flow.
Ingredients such as glutinous rice balls, taro, peanuts, and shaved ice are transformed into friendly character IPs. Through a bright illustration style, the traditional brand image is redefined. With the extension of merchandise and social media visuals, local street food is turned into a distinctive and memorable cultural symbol.
