The self-sustaining bumblebee nesting box is designed for greenhouse pollination. A side guide tube connects two hive units, periodically directing newly emerged queens to establish nests. A transparent window on the lid allows low-disturbance monitoring of queen development. By alternating the use and cleaning of the two hives, the system enables sustainable colony reproduction while reducing agricultural costs.
