近年來兒童的過敏問題持續上升，在眾多的過敏症狀當中，以吸入性過敏的患者最為眾多，而研究發現0～6 歲為過敏體質形成關鍵期，因此，我們選擇聚焦於兒童吸入性過敏的預防，期望將吸入性過敏視為一項與生活環境和日常習慣密切相關的公共健康議題，而非單純的醫療問題。
我們的設計主要以 飲食、環境與教育作為三大核心。
在飲食面上，我們希望讓民眾理解，過敏其實可以透過日常生活中的健康食補來調整與改善體質。以食農教育的方式，讓參觀民眾在進入園區後，能夠一邊認識園區內所種植的舒敏植物，一邊採集舒敏食譜所需要的食材。當遊園結束後，民眾可以回到食農教室，利用剛採集的食材進行舒敏食補的烹飪，最後到餐廳享用餐點，完成一趟完整的飲食教育體驗。
在環境面上，則是希望帶領大家認識生活環境中存在的吸入性過敏來源。在一樓的環境展覽區，我們將立體書的四個生活場景放大到場域中，並結合虛擬實境技術，讓民眾更直觀的去了解與體驗書中的過敏原以及環境。
透過自然環境、健康飲食體驗與環境認知教育，讓使用者理解吸入性過敏形成的原因，並學習日常可實踐的預防方式。
In recent years, the number of children experiencing allergies has continued to increase. Among the various allergic conditions, inhalant allergies are the most common. Research has shown that ages 0–6 are a critical period for the development of allergic predispositions. Therefore, this project focuses on the prevention of childhood inhalant allergies, aiming to approach them as a public health issue closely related to living environments and daily habits, rather than simply a medical problem.
The design is structured around three main aspects: diet, environment, and education. Through the integration of natural environments, healthy dietary experiences, and environmental awareness education, the project helps users understand the causes of inhalant allergies and learn practical prevention strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
