本作品《起源之塔 Tower of Enlightenment》以「知識的起源」為核心概念，
探討學校、閱讀與文字在人類文明發展中的基礎地位。
文明的誕生源於思想的啟蒙，而思想的啟蒙則來自閱讀與學習。
創作動機/靈感來源
本作品的創作靈感來⾃我對「⽂學院」或具有⽂
學藝術氣質之建築的想像。我希望建築不只是容
納功能的空間，⽽是⼀種能夠承載閱讀、思考與
創作氛圍的場所，讓⼈在其中感受到知識累積所
帶來的沉靜與深度。因此，本作品試圖以建築形
式回應⽂學與藝術所蘊含的精神性特質。
造型概念
在造型上，我以⼀本翻開的書作為發想起點，將
左右展開的書⾴轉化為建築外觀，並於中央設計
向上延伸的量體，象徵知識在閱讀與理解中逐層
累積、向上昇華。透過書與建築的結合，我希望
將閱讀這個原本平⾯的⾏為，轉化為具有⾼度與
空間感的⽴體體驗，呈現思想如何被建構成⽂明
的形態。
Tower of Enlightenment – Origin of Knowledge
Tower of Enlightenment explores the origin of knowledge and the essential role of reading and education in shaping civilization. Civilization begins with awakened thought, nurtured through learning and reflection.
Inspired by the idea of a College of Liberal Arts, the project envisions architecture as more than a functional space. It becomes a vessel for contemplation, creativity, and intellectual growth.
The form derives from an open book. The spreading pages define the façade, while a central vertical volume rises upward, symbolizing the accumulation and elevation of knowledge. By transforming reading into a spatial experience, the design expresses how thought evolves into civilization.
