本計畫開發之「三纖共合板」,經實驗證實以 6:2:2(檳榔纖維、可可殼、澳洲茶樹) 為最佳比例,產出具備高強度與機能性之板材。製程全面採用無溶劑 PVAc 膠替代傳統含甲醛尿素膠,確保綠建材之健康標準,且工法與現有商業生產線兼容,展現高度量產潛力。
2.設計實踐:仿生美學家具「懸」
玄關家具「懸」將三纖共合板轉化為美學實踐。外觀提取「駿馬奔騰」之勢,象徵韌性與勇往直前。設計細節轉譯在地植物特質:櫃腳模擬檳榔桿之生長韌性,橫擋提取可可果實圓潤弧線,左側線性結構則呼應澳洲茶樹的淨化力量。透過金屬構件串接木質櫃體,營造輕盈的「懸浮山水」視覺;八角形櫃體搭配復古壓花玻璃,完美融合現代機能與懷舊人文氣息。
3.永續價值與量化效益
每生產一片 4x8 呎板材,可升級再造 38.4kg 之農業資材(含 25.2kg 檳榔、6.6kg 可可、6.6kg 澳洲茶樹),達成 66.2kg 之實質減碳成效。廢舊板材具備「重複壓製」與「自然降解」之特性,達成資源閉環循環。未來將結合校園食農教育,將環境再生議題轉化為低碳經濟的具體實踐。

2. Design: "Suspension" Aesthetic
The "Suspension" cabinet Triple-Fiber Board into bionic art. Inspired by "galloping horses," its silhouette symbolizes resilience. The structure mimics areca stems, cocoa’s curves, and tea tree’s purity. Metallic connectors create a "floating landscape" with vintage glass.
3. Value: Education & Benefits
Each 4x8 sheet upcycles 38.4kg waste, offsetting 66.2 kg CO2. These boards support re-pressing or natural decay, realizing a closed-loop cycle. Future agricultural education will transform environmental issues into concrete low-carbon practices.
