《安平遊》是以台南安平在地特色「劍獅文化」為核心發想，透過設計轉譯的方式，將傳統民俗符號轉化為現代視覺語言。劍獅原本多設置於民宅屋脊或門楣之上，象徵辟邪避煞、守護家宅的意涵，本作品則將其延伸為具角色化與故事性的創作主體，讓文化不再只是靜態符號，而是能被理解與互動的存在。
在視覺表現上，本專題採用像素風格作為主要設計語言，結合復古數位美學與當代設計思維，使整體呈現兼具趣味性與辨識度。每一隻劍獅皆被賦予不同的顏色、能力與情感象徵，對應不同的守護意義，並透過系統化的角色設計，建構出完整的文化角色宇宙。同時，作品亦延伸至文創商品設計，如明信片、服飾與周邊商品，提升文化的應用性與市場潛力。
《安平遊》不僅是一項設計實踐，更是一場結合旅遊體驗與文化教育的創新嘗試。透過導覽與互動的概念，引導觀者重新認識安平的歷史脈絡與在地特色，並在參與過程中建立情感連結。期望藉由本專題，促進傳統文化的再詮釋與永續傳承，使安平文化以嶄新的形式持續被看見與發展。
Anping Trip: Reimagining the Sword Lion
"Anping Trip" transforms Tainan’s traditional "Sword Lion" into a modern visual language. Originally a folk symbol used to ward off evil, this project redefines it as a character-driven entity. Using a pixel art style, we merge retro digital aesthetics with contemporary design to create a recognizable cultural universe.
Each Sword Lion is assigned unique colors and meanings, extending into merchandise like postcards and apparel to boost market potential. More than just design, this project blends tourism with education, guiding viewers to reconnect with Anping’s history through interaction. Our goal is to ensure the sustainable inheritance of local heritage in a fresh, engaging form.
