《戲外拾光》是一個以影視作品為靈感的料理創作節目，核心概念是將「戲裡的情感」帶入「戲外的生活」。團隊透過復刻電影與動畫中的經典料理與場景，讓觀眾不只是觀看劇情，而是能在現實中感受影像作品所帶來的氛圍與溫度。
在當今影音內容高度飽和的社群環境中，多數觀眾習慣停留在觀看與討論，較少實際動手嘗試。因此本節目希望透過料理復刻，將影視片段轉化為可實踐的日常體驗，拉近觀眾與作品之間的距離。團隊成員皆非專業廚師，而是以一般觀眾的角度出發，呈現真實的嘗試、失敗與互動，使內容更具親近感。
第一集以《霍爾的移動城堡》中的經典料理場景為主題，重現培根與煎蛋在鍋中滋滋作響的畫面。我們透過真實食材與烹飪過程，將動畫中的溫暖氛圍帶入現實，並在共同料理與試吃中，找回初次觀看作品時的感動。節目最後也利用剩餘食材進行創意料理，增加趣味與互動性。
在製作過程中，團隊亦面臨多項挑戰，包括首集因效果不理想而重新拍攝、場地與光線限制，以及環境音干擾等問題，皆需於拍攝與後製中調整與補強。這些經驗不僅提升了作品品質，也讓團隊累積了實務製作與合作的能力。
