Depth指深度，以蝴蝶翅膀的光譜為切入點，關注那些肉眼難以察覺卻真實存在的生命訊號。蝴蝶翅膀的色彩源自微細結構與光線之間的交互作用，隨著光線角度與環境條件的變化，產生多變的光譜效果。這些微小差異不只是自然之美的展現，更隱含著關於生命狀態的重要資訊，能反映蝴蝶的健康狀態，亦與其所處環境的品質息息相關。
作品轉化為可被理解的視覺語言，使觀者得以跨越感官限制，重新理解生命與環境之間的連結。觀者從一雙翅膀出發，逐步看見隱藏於日常中的細微變化，並反思人類既有的感知方式，進而開啟對世界更細緻且深層的觀看視角。
在色彩規劃上採用高彩度、低寫實的配色，刻意避開過於貼近自然的色彩再現，以維持整體視覺的想像性與童趣感，同時強化作品的詮釋空間。不同色系作為視覺上的區分依據，也進一步延伸為內容分類與章節結構的輔助系統，使讀者能透過顏色快速辨識資訊層級與閱讀脈絡，提升整體閱讀的流暢性與理解度。
字標與輔助圖形延續插畫中的有機線條與手感表現，使文字與圖像能在同一視覺語境中自然融合。透過整體視覺一致性的建立，呈現專題成果也成為概念延伸與感知轉譯的重要載體，讓深度不只被觀看，更被體驗與理解。
Depth explores not only visual layers, but a deeper understanding of the world. Inspired by the spectral qualities of butterfly wings, the project reveals subtle signals created through the interaction of light and microscopic structures—often invisible to the naked eye. These color variations not only express natural beauty, but also reflect the butterfly’s health and its surrounding environment.
By translating these hidden signals into a visual language, the work invites viewers to reconsider how we perceive and understand the relationship between life and environment.
The design adopts a high-saturation, low-realism color palette to maintain a sense of imagination and playfulness. Color also serves as a system for organizing content, while organic typography and hand-drawn elements create a unified visual language, making the publication both a presentation and an extension of the concept.
