本研究以停車收費、防災安全與環境衛生為核心，提出一款多功能智慧型停車柱裝置。設計可偵測停車狀態並提供遠端收費功能，以提升整體管理效率；同時結合淹水警示系統，平時作為一般照明使用，於必要時轉換為警示燈，提醒周圍民眾與用路人，並同步通知車主，有效降低危險發生與車輛財損風險。此外，裝置整合噴消式滅蚊功能，以減少蚊蟲孳生，改善病媒蚊問題與環境衛生。頂部設置太陽能系統，提供日常運作所需能源，達到節能減碳與永續發展之目標。外型採簡約設計，結構強調穩固耐用，並導入模組化概念，提升施工與安裝效率，同時便利後續維修與零件更換。
隨著現代社會發展與汽車使用量逐年增加，戶外停車空間的重要性日益提升。然而，露天環境需面對日曬、風雨與積水等問題，亦可能成為蚊蟲孳生場域，影響車主使用體驗與安全。現有智慧停車柱多僅具備車牌辨識與收費功能，功能較為單一，對於災害預警與環境衛生缺乏整合性考量。本設計即針對上述不足，提出具多元功能的整合解決方案，以提升公共設施的安全性與實用性。
This study proposes a multifunctional smart parking bollard integrating parking management, disaster prevention, and environmental hygiene. It detects parking status and supports remote payment to improve efficiency. A flood warning system enables it to function as lighting in normal conditions and switch to alerts when needed, notifying pedestrians and vehicle owners to reduce risks and damage.
The device also includes mosquito control to improve environmental hygiene, while a solar panel provides energy for sustainable operation. With a minimalist, durable structure and modular design, it allows easy installation and maintenance. This solution addresses the limitations of existing bollards and enhances the safety and functionality of outdoor parking spaces.
