Inspired by the Indonesian folklore creature Leyak, a shapeshifter with no fixed form, this collection explores identity as fluid and constantly reconstructed in the digital age. Each look represents a different manifestation of the same entity, shaped by perception. Accordion structures symbolize transformation and instability. Their expandable forms suggest a body that continuously unfolds and reshapes itself, reflecting shifting identities. Fur evokes primitive and ritualistic qualities, referencing instinct and ancestral memory. Synthetic fabrics, varied textures, and PVC represent the digital realm, with artificial surfaces suggesting constructed identities. By combining organic and synthetic elements, the collection creates a tension between instinct and artificiality. Through exaggerated silhouettes and diverse forms, each garment becomes a fragment of identity, allowing multiple interpretations. The collection presents identity as unstable, adaptive, and shaped by perception.
