「地平線門戶」以管理中心為核心，我們重新思考航太科學園區與公眾、城市及未來的關係。面對園區邊界封閉、製造過程難以被理解的問題，本計畫提出「脫離地平線」概念，降低航太製造門檻，使其可被看見、理解與參與。設計發展三套系統：首先，導覽學習系統以安全可視的參觀動線貫穿工廠，讓民眾理解完整製造流程；其次，共享研製系統設置可日夜轉換的學習與實作空間，白天開放體驗、夜間供專業進修；第三，治理銜接系統將管理中心一樓規劃為開放的航太資料查詢館，提升資訊透明度。空間上以天空步道連接屋頂綠地，形成結合製造與自然的立體路徑。立面設計以輕盈桁架對比厚重工廠量體，塑造門戶意象。整體目標在於讓科學園區成為可被理解、參與與共享的城市場域。

Shared Prototyping × Tour Learning × Operations Platform
Today, developing a science park demands more than walls. We place the management center at the campus core — a gateway where aerospace manufacturing becomes visible, learnable, and shared. The Horizon Gate links a factory tour path, hands-on workshops, a double-height research library, and a rooftop park connected by a sky walkway above. By day, visitors explore and create. By night, employees study and grow. A truss skin facade of circular steel tubes expresses both precision and openness — where industry lifts freely toward the city horizon.
