茶聚落生成計劃
隨著都市發展，茶產業逐漸被進口取代，農村裡的茶園逐漸消失
，本設計意指延續茶產業及文化。
基地位於新北三峽，道路兩旁有滿處的茶園，但僅維持在採茶及產茶階段，無製茶工廠導致還維持在農業社會，因此本設計置入製茶廠機制，補足里內產業鏈缺失，使茶葉再次循環，隨著製廠廠的運轉，農民將繼續採茶並製茶。
接著基地被溪水與樹林四面斷開，與鬧區有生活部分隔絕，因此較能行程獨立的生活方式，凝聚茶農，形成因製茶廠而引動的茶葉聚落。
基地中也保留農舍及新增Folly，製茶等待時分便能至農舍休息片刻，另外將製茶開放至室外Folly空間，將開啟新的製茶日常。
在冬季休耕時間，聚落轉變成茶藝文化聚落，改變凝聚里民的形式，成為因時序而翻轉的茶聚落。
As urbanization accelerates, traditional tea gardens are rapidly vanishing. This project aims to sustain the tea industry and cultural heritage of Sanxia, New Taipei. While the site is rich in plantations, the lack of local processing facilities has kept the community in a primitive agrarian stage. By integrating a tea factory mechanism, this design bridges the industrial gap and restores a complete production cycle.
Secluded by surrounding forests and creeks, the site naturally isolates itself from urban bustle, fostering a cohesive Tea Settlement. The design preserves existing farmhouses and introduces new Follies, allowing tea-making activities to extend outdoors and establish a new daily ritual. During the winter fallow season, the settlement transforms into a hub for tea arts and culture, evolving into a dynamic space that reconfigures itself according to the seasonal rhythm.
