Silent Trial explores how watching becomes a form of power in the digital age. As images are easily recorded, edited, and circulated, truth is no longer stable but constantly reshaped by comments, speculation, and rapid online reactions. What begins as a private violation soon turns into a public spectacle, where personal moments are exposed and consumed without context.
Beginning with a hidden recording, the film moves beyond a simple divide between victim and perpetrator to examine the role of the audience. As attention grows and voices multiply, the boundary between observer and participant begins to blur. Through this process, the film reveals how a personal incident can escalate into collective judgment in a culture driven by exposure and public shaming.
