This project is located at the land–sea interface and proposes a floating seagrass restoration academy that integrates research, education, and public engagement to address marine ecological degradation. The building adopts an elevated mass to reduce impact on the intertidal zone, allowing wind, water, and visual continuity to pass through while maintaining environmental connectivity. The roof is shaped with undulating forms that respond to tidal rhythms, guiding light and ventilation to create a dynamic spatial experience. Spaces extend gradually from land toward the water, forming platforms for observation and experimentation, and strengthening the connection between people and the ocean. A seagrass restoration area is established in front, combining cultivation and display to make ecological processes visible. Through the integration of architecture and environment, the project constructs a symbiotic blue ocean ecosystem between humans and the sea.
