在都市快速擴張的過程中，綠地逐漸消失，灰色混凝土結構不斷蔓延，原有生態綠帶遭受侵蝕與切割。隨著棲地消逝，生物被迫遷徙與適應，例如都市鳥類轉向電線桿築巢，甚至以人為廢棄物構築高風險棲所，顯示都市發展下的生態失衡。
本設計整體規劃由「人本」轉向「共棲」，重新界定人於空間中的角色，回應都市生態斷裂議題。透過生態橋串聯巴克禮公園與基地之生態紋理，並重新配置植栽與鋪面系統，使基地成為具「生態跳島」功能的節點；同時以綠帶策略引入猛禽棲息，改善物種單一問題，提供鳥類過境與棲居的庇護場域。
在空間操作上，提出「人為客、生態為主」的策略。劇場空間下沉以降低干擾；地表則作為人與生態共存的介面，以石材、土壤、木構、甘草植栽與藤編構造，形塑具滲透性與生長性的自然環境。石材保留縫隙以利滲透與棲息，土壤作為生態循環的基礎介質，木構回應低碳材料的使用，甘草與藤編則提供棲地並調節微氣候。透過整合，使地表轉化為可穿透、可棲居的生態場域。
人不再主導空間，而是作為觀察者與感知者，以低干擾方式進入環境，透過光影、氣流與聲音的變化，感知自然於日常中的流動與節律。
Amid rapid urban expansion, green spaces are gradually diminishing as gray concrete structures continue to spread, eroding and fragmenting existing ecological corridors. As habitats disappear, species are forced to migrate and adapt. Urban birds, for instance, have shifted to nesting on utility poles, sometimes constructing precarious shelters from human waste—revealing the ecological imbalance embedded within urban development.
In response, this project reorients its framework from a human-centered approach toward cohabitation, redefining the role of humans within space. By introducing an ecological bridge, the design reconnects the ecological fabric between Bakeli Park and the site, while reorganizing planting and paving systems to establish the site as an “ecological stepping stone.” A green corridor strategy further attracts raptors, addressing the issue of limited species diversity and providing a refuge for migratory and resident birds.
