本計畫針對屏東縣內埔鄉「清河大戲院」進行空間再利用。面對戲院沒落與老街文化軸線斷裂的現況，設計提出「滙・客」命題，意指文化匯聚與遊客交流。透過空間解構與機能重組，將閒置戲院轉化為結合沉浸式住宿與客家廚房體驗的文化場域。
設計策略首重「重塑連結」，將入口轉向正面並開放封閉立面，使內部活動與老街動線交織，補齊文化斷點。空間核心以傳統「圍樓」與「圍龍屋」基因為載體，提煉出「承、攏、環、均、圍」五個空間層次，創造由中心向外漣漪式擴散的流動感，象徵客家文化的凝聚與生命力。
一樓透過挑高大廳與現代染布意象營造儀式感，核心圓形表演廣場結合飲食與展演，使文化不再是靜態標本，而是可參與的生活場景。二、三樓則植入住宿機能，利用環繞式迴廊引導步調放慢，讓旅人轉化為住進文化裡的主角。
本設計不僅保留戲院結構記憶，更透過食藝媒介深化場域連結。我們希望清河戲院不再只是被遺忘的歷史節點，而是能重新與現代生活接軌，成為一座有溫度、能停留，如同「城市自家庭院」般的流動性客家文化聚落，讓內埔清河的風華記憶在日常實踐中獲得新生。
Hui-Ke: Memories of Neipu’s Glory
This project revitalizes the Qinghe Grand Theater through adaptive reuse, addressing the theater’s decline and the cultural fragmentation of Neipu’s historic axis. The design proposes "Hui-Ke" (The Gathering) to bridge this "cultural disconnect," transforming a dormant cinema into a fluid hub for immersive lodging and culinary arts.
The architecture translates traditional Tulou elements into five spatial layers: Inherit, Gather, Encircle, Balance, and Surround. By deconstructing the enclosed facade and reorienting the entrance, the project creates a ripple-like progression where internal activities interweave with the street. The theater is no longer a static relic but an "Urban Home Courtyard"—a warm, participatory space where Hakka heritage is actively practiced and woven into contemporary daily life.
