在自然界中，昆蟲是微小卻不可或缺的生命支柱，其生存過程中所留下的嚙痕、爬行路徑或蛻殼，本質上都是一種充滿張力的生命力展現。這些印記並非隨機產生，而是生物在特定時空下留下的生存證明，具備了不可複製的記憶性與絕對的獨特性。本創作計畫《働き虫》以此為核心，將自然界的生物痕跡與人類皮膚上的刺青藝術進行深度的轉譯與連結。計畫選取日常中常見的九種昆蟲作為靈感來源，深入挖掘其生物特性與視覺語彙，將每種昆蟲留下的痕跡特性與獨特個性，轉譯為風格迥異、性格鮮明的虛擬刺青師，並據此創作出具備高度辨識度的個性化圖像設計。透過這種轉譯過程，昆蟲的生物本能被昇華為藝術創作的靈魂，最終延伸出一套結合昆蟲特徵與皮膚藝術的刺青圖鑑及紋身貼紙設計。這不僅是視覺圖騰的呈現，更是一場關於生命印記的重新詮釋，讓原本微小的昆蟲痕跡在人類體表上獲得延續，賦予圖像全新的記憶價值與感官連結，使觀者能透過這些紋樣感知生物與藝術交織而成的獨特生命脈絡。
Insects leave behind "biological signatures"—gnaw marks and trails that possess the same unique, indelible memory as a tattoo. This project, The Busy Bugs, translates the traits of nine common insects into nine distinct "Tattooist Personas" and their corresponding graphic languages.
By transforming biological instincts into artistic symbols, the project extends into a curated tattoo encyclopedia and sticker collection. It reinterprets nature’s subtle imprints as bold visual totems, granting these tiny traces a second life on the human body. Through this fusion, we create a sensory connection between the intricate patterns of the natural world and the timeless art of skin.
