The site is in Xinxing District, an area with many schools and families but limited library resources. The project proposes a parent-child library to meet local reading needs and offer a space for learning, interaction, and leisure. Inspired by “scattering seeds,” knowledge spreads like seeds that grow, and idle spaces on site are revitalized. Spaces act as seed-like reading nodes—parent-child rooms, general areas, and administrative zones—linked by smooth paths for exploration. Integration of light, materials, and greenery strengthens “knowledge growth and community connection.” The library becomes both a hub of learning and a cultural space, offering an engaging, interactive, and welcoming environment.
