龍崎國小改建實驗小學計畫

面對台灣少子化浪潮，龍崎國小曾經是社區的中心，如今卻面臨人口外移與學童數驟減的挑戰。本計畫不僅僅是一次校園建築的改建，更是一場教育革新與社區復興的實驗。我們希望透過這次改建，讓龍崎國小不再只是「守候過去的校園」，而是轉化為一個承載夢想的實驗小學，成為社區凝聚的核心，並作為孩子探索世界的起點。
設計核心理念是將傳統的「教室」概念轉譯為「學習聚落」。在少子化下，我們不再視校園為封閉的知識堡壘，打破封閉的教學空間，利用錯層、大階梯、開放式走廊和半戶外平台，創造出垂直交會的視線和互動。樓下的奔跑聲與樓上的人影在同一垂直軸線上交會，模糊了空間的界限，重新編織了緊密的人際網絡。
室內設計採用現代、開闊、明亮的設計。多功能教室、閱讀角和帶有咖啡/點心櫃檯的社區接待區，使校園成為社區的「心臟」。電腦教室、靈活的冥想/討論空間和現代化的設施確保了功能的全面性和適應性。
將龍崎特有的山林地景引入建築，保留原本的老樹建築縫隙中植入綠意，讓校園成為巨大的「自然課本」。基地發展歷史的文化底蘊被融入，讓教育重新扎根土地，讓孩子在觸摸泥土、觀察植物的過程中，建立對家鄉土地的深刻認同。這是一場「為了不讓校園燈火熄滅」的努力，轉化為一個能凝聚社區的核心。

Facing Taiwan's declining birthrate and rural out-migration, this project transforms a fading campus into a vibrant "learning settlement." Moving away from closed classrooms, the design uses staggered levels, large steps, and semi-outdoor platforms to blur spatial boundaries, seamlessly connecting students with the community.
The modern, bright interiors feature child-friendly multipurpose classrooms, cozy reading corners, and a welcoming community reception area. Furthermore, the architecture embraces Longqi's natural mountain landscape. By preserving old trees and weaving greenery directly into the building, the entire campus becomes a living "nature textbook."
This experimental project is more than just a renovation; it is a dedicated effort to keep the campus lights shining. By re-rooting education in the local environment, it revitalizes the school as the beating heart of the community and a starting point for children to explore the world.
