Reheat針對現代家庭廚房中長期被忽略的兩大問題,油煙暴露與廢熱浪費提出整合性的解決方案,多數廚房在烹飪過程中會產生大量高溫油煙與熱氣,現有抽油煙機雖能排除部分污染,卻同時將可利用的熱能直接排放,造成能源流失;另一方面,長期暴露於油煙環境亦可能對人體健康造成影響,尤其在通風不良或老屋空間中更為顯著,許多老屋廚房也缺乏穩定熱水設備,使料理後的清潔過程仍仰賴冷水降低使用舒適度。本產品結合油煙導流、冷凝收集與熱回收技術,將原本排放的高溫油煙導入冷凝模組,使油霧降溫並集中收集,同時透過熱交換系統將廢熱轉換為可用溫水,供應日常清潔使用,系統進一步整合智慧分析機制,依據使用情境優化能源回收時機與運作效率,在不改變使用者料理習慣的前提下,提升整體能源利用率。透過此設計,廚房不再只是能源消耗的場域,而能轉化為具備循環利用與健康改善潛力的生活核心,實現節能、舒適與永續並存的居家環境。
This project addresses energy loss and oil-fume exposure in everyday kitchens. During cooking, large amounts of heat and fumes are typically expelled, wasting energy and affecting indoor air quality. In older homes, the lack of kitchen hot water further reduces comfort during cleaning.The proposed system integrates fume guidance, condensation, and heat recovery. Cooking fumes are directed into a condensation module, where oil particles are captured, while residual heat is transferred through a heat exchanger to produce usable warm water. This allows energy reuse without changing cooking habits.An intelligent control system further optimizes operation timing based on usage patterns, improving overall efficiency. By reducing fume exposure and recovering waste heat, the design enhances both health and sustainability. It transforms kitchen exhaust into a practical resource, creating a more efficient, comfortable, and environmentally responsible kitchen environment.
