針對老年人因記憶力衰退而經常忘記服藥或重複服藥的情況，加上家屬因工作繁忙無法隨時提醒，特別是長者外出時更容易遺漏或重複用藥，進而對健康造成嚴重威脅，因此設計出一款專為長者打造的智能提醒水壺 "medttle"，有效協助解決長者日常用藥管理問題。
medttle內建智能提醒系統，能依照設定時間自動啟動燈光、震動與語音多重提示，提醒長者按時服藥，並防止因遺忘或重複服藥導致的健康危害。此外，水壺設有藥物存放隔層，方便攜帶當日所需藥物，避免分開攜帶或臨時找藥的困擾，讓長者無論在家或外出時都能安心準時服藥。
針對長者經常不在水壺身邊的情況，額外搭配穿戴式手環同步提醒，即使離開水壺也能透過手環的震動與提示收到通知，確保服藥不遺漏、不重複。此外，遠端監控功能讓家屬透過APP隨時掌握長者的服藥與飲水紀錄，降低家屬照護壓力，提升安心感。
這款水壺結合飲水與用藥提醒，並搭配穿戴裝置與遠端管理，為長者帶來安全、便利、完整的健康管理，避免因記憶衰退造成的錯誤服藥行為，提升生活品質，也讓家屬更加放心。
To address the issue of seniors frequently forgetting or accidentally taking multiple doses of medication due to memory decline—and considering that family members are often too busy to remind them, especially when seniors are out of the house—we designed "medttle", a smart reminder water bottle specifically for the elderly, effectively helping them manage daily medication routines.
Medttle is equipped with an intelligent reminder system that activates light, vibration, and voice alerts at preset times to remind seniors to take their medications on time, preventing missed or duplicate doses that could endanger their health. Additionally, the bottle includes a built-in medication compartment, making it easy to carry daily pills without the hassle of separate storage, ensuring that seniors can take their medication punctually whether at home or outdoors.
For situations where the senior is not near the bottle, a wearable wristband provides synchronized reminders, using vibration and alerts to ensure they never miss or double-dose, even when away. Furthermore, a remote monitoring feature allows family members to check medication and hydration records anytime through an app, reducing caregiving pressure and offering peace of mind.
Combining hydration and medication management with wearable support and remote monitoring, medttle offers a safe, convenient, and comprehensive health management solution for seniors, preventing medication mistakes caused by memory loss, improving their quality of life, and giving family members greater reassurance.
