Focusing on modular design, this project integrates traditional bamboo weaving and woodworking techniques to create functional single-panel structures that can be freely assembled. Users can flexibly configure the shapes and functions according to their spatial needs, forming various structures such as cat houses, climbing platforms, and staircases. Bamboo weaving carries deep cultural value, and through modern modular approaches, traditional craftsmanship is seamlessly incorporated into contemporary living, enhancing both practicality and adaptability.
By engaging users in the assembly process, bamboo weaving transforms from a static display into an interactive and visually engaging design, fostering new connections with cultural heritage. At the same time, the use of sustainable materials extends the product’s lifespan, reduces resource waste, and promotes eco-friendly, pet-friendly living.
