隨著老年人口比率日益增加，對社會、家庭和城市都提出新挑戰，而在繁忙的生活裡時常忽略對長輩的陪伴和關心，因而設計一個樂齡綜合中心，供老年人交流、互動，減緩長輩獨自在家的風險，包括提供健康講座、社交聚會、才藝課程以及輕度運動，也讓長輩不會因缺乏陪伴和關心而造成身心健康的問題。
圓緣的空間設計溫馨且無障礙，營造出一個舒適且容易親近的環境，通過提供多樣化的活動和資源，運用色彩提示識別空間邊界；色差區分設施，幫助長者更容易辨識、使用，讓每位長者都能感受到家的溫暖。
同時，中心也鼓勵世代交流，邀請年輕志工與長者互動，共同創造彼此學習與成長的機會，幫助老年人實現健康、快樂、有意義的生活，還可營造富有動感和活力的氛圍，讓老年人放鬆身心與自然零距離，享受自在的時光。

The name "Circular fate" also conveys a sense of community and care, encouraging seniors to find their own sense of belonging.
As the proportion of the elderly population is increasing, it poses new challenges to society, families and cities, and the companionship and care of the elders are often neglected in their busy lives, so an integrated centre for the elderly is designed to communicate and interact with each other, and to alleviate the risk of the elderly being alone at home, including providing health talks, social gatherings, talent classes and light sports, so that the elders will not suffer from physical and mental health problems caused by lack of companionship and care
The space design of the "Circular fate" is warm and barrier-free, creating a comfortable and accessible environment, providing a variety of activities and resources, and using color cues to identify spatial boundaries. The color difference separation facility helps the elderly to identify and use it more easily, so that every elderly person can feel the warmth of home.
At the same time, the center also encourages between different exchanges, invites young volunteers to interact with the elderly, creates opportunities for mutual learning and growth, helps the elderly achieve a healthy, happy and meaningful life, and creates a dynamic and energetic atmosphere for the elderly to relax and enjoy a comfortable time with nature.
