大林鎮自2021至今,推行竹園二級保育動物諸羅樹蛙,近年因政府推行淨零碳排從中 央施加壓力到地方政府然後又到基層,最後苦的是基層尤其農政單位壓力甚大,那農 業對淨零這塊有什麼影響? 那就是每年的9到11月竹園在做整理的時段,總是會有露天燃燒的案件因為沒有好 的方式去解決廢竹的去處,農民習慣在整理竹園的時候,將廢竹堆置曬乾後露天燃燒, 對空氣有不良的影響,那跟諸羅樹蛙有什麼關聯? 近年為擴大響應,林業局陸續編列經費,辦理說明會及公仔製作文宣品及標章等等， 我們的設計就是要去爭取這項經費,將保育丶淨零丶友善耕作的觀念從我們鎮內幼 兒園的教育做起,讓小朋友去認識我們地區特有的物種以及綠色環保的重要性，很 多小朋友的家中也都是務農居多，也可以間接性的傳達給農友知曉，達成我們設 計這個作品的意義，我們產設系也能在淨零碳排的行列中出一點力量。
Since 2021, Dalin Town has implemented Zhuluo tree frogs as secondary conservation animals in the Zhuyuan. In recent years, due to the government's implementation of net-zero carbon emissions, pressure has been exerted from the central government to local governments and then to the grassroots. The final pain is that the grassroots, especially the agricultural administration units, are under great pressure. So what impact does agriculture have on net zero? That is from September to November every year, when the Zhuyuan is being cleaned up, there are always cases of open burning because there is no good treatment. There is a way to deal with the disposal of waste bamboo. When farmers are tidying up bamboo gardens, they are accustomed to stacking waste bamboo in the sun and then burning it in the open air. This has a negative impact on the air. What is the connection with Zhuluo tree frogs?In recent years, in order to expand the response, the Forestry Bureau has successively allocated funds to conduct briefings and produce dolls and promotional materials and labels, etc. Our design is to strive for this funding and start the concepts of conservation, net-zero, and friendly farming from the education of kindergartens in our towns, so that children can understand the species unique to our area and the importance of green environmental protection. Many children’s families are mostly engaged in farming. We can also indirectly convey it to farmers to achieve our goals. The significance of this work is that our production and design department can also play a role in the ranks of net-zero carbon emissions.
