「聚墨軒」共享辦公室以聚集於此的各方筆墨為發想。結合了靈活性、創作與格調，提供開放工作區、私人辦公室、咖啡吧、影印室等各式共享設施。整體採用現代風格，營造出具有科技感之空間，木色調則使整體不至於太過冰冷單調。
根據經濟部中小及新創企業署提供的資料顯示，中小企業現為維繫臺灣經濟發展與社會安定的中流砥柱。而隨著電商產業發展，SOHO族的比率也隨之增長。因此，設計共享辦公室的動機是創造一個靈活且舒適的工作環境，且是為中小企業及SOHO族提供的工作場所。

"Xuan" refers to an elegant building with a broad view and comfortable environment.
The aim is to create an elegant and inspiring shared office space.
The shared office "Jumoxuan" is inspired by the idea of writing from all sides gathered here. Combining flexibility, creativity and style, it provides a variety of shared facilities such as open workspaces, private offices, coffee bars, copy rooms, etc. The overall design adopts a modern style, creating a space with a sense of technology, while the wood tone prevents the overall look from being too cold and monotonous.
According to data provided by the Small, Medium and Startup Enterprise Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, small and medium-sized enterprises are now the backbone of Taiwan's economic development and social stability. With the development of e-commerce industry, the proportion of SOHO workers has also increased. Therefore, the motivation for designing a shared office is to create a flexible and comfortable working environment, and to provide a workplace for small and medium-sized enterprises and SOHO workers.
