絕對武裝MK為一款充滿香港暴力美學的3D動作遊戲，並以香港的旺角作為背景。講述未來因為外星要塞的入侵，街道被失控的機械佔領，而主角凱婷為自小生活在旺角的不良少女，以街道被機械混蛋入侵而買不到香煙為由，手持可變形的高科技武器「兩支煙」向外星要塞反擊！
本作結合了砍殺與射撃兩種機制，角色和場景設計都融入大量香港特色。玩家能在霓虹閃爍的街道上跟各種外型奇特的機械敵人戰鬥！所有關卡都設有特殊的關卡設計還有經過精心設計的地圖，以及流暢刺激的Boss戰!在戰鬥中，被凱婷帶壞的爛口機械助手毒毒會發射香煙進行各種輔助，玩家可在關卡中的商店內購買各種增益道具及特殊物品。
主角的武器擁有近戰和射擊兩種形態，可對敵人進行華麗的地面和空中連擊，加上不同的技能配搭，讓戰鬥變得多樣。而在射擊形態下可使用不同功能的砲彈對敵人進行射擊。

In a future where an alien fortress has invaded and robots have taken over the streets, the protagonist, Kate—a rebellious girl who grew up in Mong Kok—finds herself unable to buy cigarettes due to the mechanical menace. Armed with her high-tech weapon, " Double Cigarettes," she takes the fight straight to the alien invaders!
This game seamlessly blends hack-and-slash and third-person shooting mechanics, featuring character and environment designs rich with Hong Kong’s unique cultural elements.
