傳統三角錐在積水中容易漂浮或被沖走,失去警示作用。AlerFloat 採用加重底座與高耐久橡膠材質,即便在強勁水流中也能穩定警示。主體設計具備對開式孔洞,確保積水順利流通,減少異物堵塞。其外觀以高可見度的橘白反光材質呈現刻度線,使駕駛能直覺判讀水深,即使在夜間或低光環境下亦能清晰辨識。
AlerFloat 的核心技術在於浮桿,當水位上升時,以最簡的浮力原理將內部浮桿隨之升起,透過浮球顯示水深資訊,無需電力即可運作,確保惡劣天候下仍發揮穩定功能。此設計適用於地下道、低窪道路與沿海地區,可作為道路安全防護措施,在極端氣候日益嚴峻的今天,為駕駛與行人提供更安全的道路環境,減少因水患帶來的風險,確保行車安全。
Extreme climate changes have led to frequent heavy rains and flooding, posing severe challenges to road safety. Drivers often struggle to accurately gauge water depth due to poor visibility or murky water, resulting in vehicle stalling or even accidents. To address this issue, we have designed AlerFloat, a floating warning traffic cone specifically for flooded environments. This innovative safety device provides clearer water level warnings, reducing driving risks.
Traditional traffic cones tend to float away or be washed away in standing water, losing their warning function. AlerFloat features a weighted base and highly durable rubber material, ensuring stability even in strong currents. Its main body incorporates an open-hole structure, allowing smooth water drainage and reducing debris blockage. The exterior design utilizes high-visibility orange and white reflective materials arranged in a scale-like pattern, enabling drivers to intuitively assess water depth, even in low-light or nighttime conditions.
The core technology of AlerFloat lies in its floating rod mechanism. As water levels rise, the internal floating rod automatically elevates using simple buoyancy principles, displaying water depth through a floating ball. This system operates without electricity, ensuring reliable functionality even in extreme weather conditions.
