隨著電動車產業的快速發展,台灣面臨充電站數量不足與空間利用效率低落的挑戰。傳統的充電站大多僅提供基礎充電服務,未能有效融入城市環境,導致資源閒置與空間浪費。本設計提出「智慧綠能充電商業綜合體」,透過模組化建築、綠色能源、智慧科技與商業空間整合,打造未來城市的綜合充電解決方案。

本計畫採用模組化建築設計,使充電站能夠快速建置並適應不同場域需求,如商場、辦公區、社區或公園等。同時,建築將融入綠建築技術,如太陽能發電、綠牆與自然通風,以減少碳排放並提升環境品質。

在科技應用方面,本設計導入AI能源管理系統,自動調配電力需求,減少尖峰時段的負載,提升電力使用效能。透過智慧充電管理系統,使用者可透過APP查詢可用充電位、預約時段,甚至利用MR/AR技術導航至指定位置,提升操作的便利性與互動體驗。

除了提供高效充電服務,本計畫也強調商業與充電的整合,創造更具價值的使用情境。傳統充電站僅提供等待空間,而本設計則與商業設施結合,使車主能夠在充電期間進行購物、用餐或辦公,提高場地的經濟價值。同時,設置共享空間,如咖啡廳、商場等,提升社區活力,吸引更多人流,進一步促進都市更新與商業發展。

為了提升城市的整體發展與公共利益,充電站將不再只是車主的專屬空間,而是能夠提供社區共享、提升都市便利性的多功能場域。

透過永續建築、智慧科技與創新商業模式的整合,本設計不僅解決電動車充電站數量不足的問題,更為城市空間創造全新的可能性。這不僅是充電站的轉型,也是未來綠色城市發展的重要一步。

Guanyun

With the rapid development of the electric vehicle (EV) industry, Taiwan faces challenges such as an insufficient number of charging stations and inefficient space utilization. Traditional charging stations primarily offer basic charging services and fail to integrate effectively into urban environments, leading to resource underutilization and wasted space. This project proposes a Smart Green Energy Charging Complex, which combines modular architecture, green energy, smart technology, and commercial spaces to create a comprehensive charging solution for future cities.

Modular Architecture & Green Energy

This project adopts a modular architectural design, enabling charging stations to be quickly deployed and adapted to various locations, such as shopping malls, office areas, residential communities, or parks. The building integrates green technologies, including solar power generation, green walls, and natural ventilation, to reduce carbon emissions and enhance environmental quality.

Smart Technology Integration

To optimize energy use, the design incorporates an AI-powered energy management system that automatically adjusts power distribution, reducing peak-hour loads and improving energy efficiency. A smart charging management system allows users to check available charging spots, reserve time slots via an app, and even navigate to designated locations using MR/AR technology, enhancing user convenience and interaction.

Commercial & Charging Integration

Beyond providing efficient charging services, this project emphasizes the integration of commerce and charging to create more valuable user experiences. Unlike traditional charging stations, which merely serve as waiting areas, this design integrates commercial facilities, allowing vehicle owners to shop, dine, or work while charging. Additionally, shared spaces such as cafés and retail areas help revitalize communities, attract more foot traffic, and further drive urban renewal and commercial growth.

Enhancing Urban Development & Public Benefits

Charging stations will no longer be exclusive spaces for EV owners but will transform into multi-functional urban hubs that enhance community accessibility and public convenience.
