知火生活園區是一個以開放共融、高齡友善、智能防災為核心的生活空間，不同於傳統封閉式機構，我們將「社區」與「長照」結合，讓長者既能擁有獨立舒適的居住環境，也能自由進出開放空間，參與課程、植栽療癒、健康管理，與不同年齡層的人互動，形成自然的跨世代交流。
視覺與空間設計，園區強調安全導引與識別性。我們使用紅橘色作為緊急逃生路線的標示，確保高齡者即使在低視線或濃煙環境下，也能清楚辨識出口方向。空間配置上，園區分為兩棟建築，居住區為家庭式套房設計，兼顧隱私與生活機能，適合中高齡、仍具自理能力的長者；公共區則設有圖書館、多功能教室、健身復健室、餐廳、展覽空間，不僅提供多元的活動選擇，也讓鄰近居民能共同參與，打破長照與社區的界線。空橋串聯兩棟建築，提升場域動線的便利性與避難時的安全性。
我們因應少子化、高齡化、勞動力短缺等社會問題的設計這個概念基地。透過引入我們相關設計的產品科技、建築動線、視覺識別等設計，整合成一個安全、活力且真正屬於未來的共融生活場域。
BLAZE! Residential Park is a living space centered around openness, inclusivity, senior-friendly design, and intelligent disaster prevention. Unlike traditional closed institutions, we integrate community and long-term care, allowing elderly residents to enjoy independent and comfortable living while freely accessing shared spaces for courses, horticultural therapy, and health management. By fostering interaction across different age groups, we create a natural intergenerational exchange.
In terms of visual and spatial design, the park emphasizes safety guidance and clear identification. We use red-orange markings for emergency evacuation routes, ensuring that even in low-visibility conditions or smoke-filled environments, seniors can easily locate exit directions. The park consists of two buildings: the residential area features home-style suites, balancing privacy and functionality, ideal for middle-aged and elderly individuals who can still live independently. The public area includes a library, multipurpose classroom, fitness and rehabilitation room, restaurant, and exhibition space, offering a variety of activities while encouraging participation from nearby residents, thus breaking the boundaries between long-term care and the community. A sky bridge connects the two buildings, enhancing accessibility and providing a safe evacuation route.
This conceptual base is designed in response to declining birth rates, an aging population, and labor shortages. By incorporating our specially designed products, spatial planning, and visual identification, we create a safe, dynamic, and truly inclusive living environment for the future.
