本研究以視障者為核心使用者，開發了一款友善泡茶具，為了解決視障者於日常泡茶過程中面臨的水位與水溫判斷困難，進而降低燙傷或水溢出的風險。現有茶具大多依賴視覺輔助，未能滿足視障者的需求，因此本研究透過使用者訪談、競爭產品分析及專利檢索，深入了解視障者在泡茶時的實際需求，並依此制定設計方針。
本泡茶具組整合定量出水裝置、熱水壺與茶壺對位輔助，以及防燙隔熱設計，使視障者能夠透過手感與結構設計順利完成泡茶過程。透過固定茶具擺放位置，輔助視障者精準操作；定量出水機制確保每次注水量一致，避免過多或不足；防燙隔熱設計則確保操作時的安全性。本產品的開發不僅提升視障者泡茶時的獨立性與安全性，也減少對他人協助的依賴，使其能夠更自信地享受泡茶的樂趣。
本設計秉持無障礙設計理念，期望推動市場對特殊需求族群的關注，促進更多無障礙產品的開發，進一步改善視障者的生活品質。此外，產品設計兼顧美學與實用性，使其不僅具備功能性，也能融入現代生活風格，帶來更舒適且愉悅的泡茶體驗。
This study focuses on visually impaired users and aims to develop an accessible tea-making set that addresses the difficulties they face in determining water level and temperature, thereby reducing the risk of burns and spills. Existing tea sets largely rely on visual assistance and fail to meet the needs of visually impaired individuals. Therefore, this research conducted user interviews, competitive product analysis, and patent searches to gain insight into their actual requirements and establish corresponding design guidelines.
The developed tea set integrates a precise water dispensing system, an alignment aid for the kettle and teapot, and a heat-resistant design, allowing visually impaired users to complete the tea-making process with the help of tactile and structural design elements. Fixed positioning of the tea set components assists users in accurate operation, while the controlled water dispensing mechanism ensures consistent water volume, preventing overflow or insufficient filling. Additionally, the heat-resistant design enhances operational safety. This product not only improves the independence and safety of visually impaired users while making tea but also reduces their reliance on assistance, enabling them to enjoy the process with confidence.
Following the principles of inclusive design, this project aims to raise market awareness of the needs of special user groups and promote the development of more accessible products, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for visually impaired individuals. Furthermore, the design balances aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that the product seamlessly integrates into modern lifestyles while providing a more comfortable and enjoyable tea-making experience.
