風是日常生活中不可或缺的一部分，以台灣三種特殊風為題，先從視覺外觀上運用幾何形狀及手繪線條描繪出三種特殊風的地貌特徵，色彩及漸層表示溫度的差異與變化，圖樣的方向性代表著風吹拂的方向，使人直觀的了解九降風、焚風與落山風三種特殊風的特性。
接著藉由使用者組裝與放飛風箏的過程中，逐步感受到風的存在與流動，進而體會到風的重要性。
包裝設計上，內包裝採用捲軸式設計結合組裝書的排版，將風的知識與風箏體驗相互連結，讓人在組裝與操作的過程中更深刻了解風的特性，外包裝則使用管桶設計，便於攜帶與保護，確保風箏不易損壞。
風箏成為風與人之間的媒介，引導人們深刻感受風的力量與特質，希望能喚起對自然資源的珍視，並持續探索風的意義。
Taiwan’s three special winds are visually represented through geometric shapes, lines, and color. Kite assembly and kite flight bring further understanding regarding the distinguishing features of each wind. Inner packaging materials and roll-up design enhance one’s understanding and interaction with wind, while outer packaging offers convenience in travel and kite protection. Aiding people in feeling the wind’s power and potential, these kites inspire a greater appreciation for natural resources, and a continued exploration of the wind and world.
