臺南是臺灣歷史重要的發源地之一，七個圓環是城市發展的重要樞紐，本專案以臺南七個圓環為主軸，對應歷史、西方信仰、觀光、飲食、通勤及娛樂和古蹟主題，將圍繞在圓環周邊的建築而開展的精彩故事以視覺及聽覺多元面貌呈現。
府城圓聲帶以數位刻畫、彩色鑲嵌的手法，復刻出象徵時光的黑膠唱片。透過黑膠唱片展覽形式，將各圓環周邊的「數位聲景」以AI歌曲黑膠唱片搭配NFC播放裝置，帶領遊客透過NFC感應裝置，將收錄在黑膠唱片內的歌曲播放出來。重現黑膠唱片的懷舊氛圍，且收錄的歌曲是以臺南各自的歷史特色及發展所描述創造，讓人們以聽覺的方式，認識臺南圓環不同的面貌。
除了展覽的形式外，也設計出臺南七個圓環的聲景禮盒及唱片，裡面收納了導覽書及內嵌NFC黑膠唱片播放裝置，讓人們即使在家也能體驗到府城圓聲帶。而黑膠唱片上的環形刻紋、反射光澤及單色魚眼廣角的插畫連結城市紋理呈現七個圓環的特色，導遊客藉由視覺與聽覺的多重體驗認識臺南城市的文化歷史的豐富面貌，也做為城市展覽的文創商品及愛好者的收藏，讓人們即使在家也能體驗到府城的懷舊聲音。
府城圓聲帶透過展覽的形式，讓大眾能夠了解臺南的文化特色，讓古都的歷史傳承，透過聲音及視覺延續下去。
Tainan is one of Taiwan's most significant historical origins, and the seven roundabouts are key hubs in the city's development. This project focuses on the seven roundabouts of Tainan, corresponding to themes of history, Western beliefs, tourism, food, commuting, entertainment, and heritage. It presents the fascinating stories unfolding around the buildings surrounding the roundabouts through a diverse combination of visual and auditory experiences.
Voice Around Circle In Fucheng uses digital engraving and colorful inlay techniques to recreate the nostalgic atmosphere of vinyl records. Through the format of a vinyl record exhibition, it features "digital soundscapes" around roundabouts, with AI-generated songs on vinyl records played through NFC-enabled devices. Visitors can use the NFC sensor device to play the songs embedded within the vinyl, re-creating the nostalgic feel of vinyl records. The songs describe and create a portrayal of roundabouts unique historical features and development, allowing people to experience Tainan's different facets through sound.
In addition to the exhibition format, soundscape gift boxes and records for Tainan's seven roundabouts have been designed. These packages include a guidebook and an embedded NFC vinyl record player, allowing people to experience the Voice Around Circle In Fucheng even at home. The circular grooves, reflective gloss, and monochrome fisheye wide-angle illustrations on the vinyl connect with the city's textures, presenting the unique features of the seven roundabouts. This multi-sensory experience, combining both visual and auditory elements, helps visitors understand the rich cultural and historical landscape of Tainan. It also serves as a cultural creative product for city exhibitions and a collectible item for enthusiasts, letting people experience the nostalgic sounds of Fucheng even from home.
Through the exhibition format, Voice Around Circle In Fucheng enables the public to understand Tainan's cultural characteristics, ensuring that the history and heritage of this ancient city continue through sound and visual experiences.
