"More Than Just a Mirage – Urban Plant Healing Park" aims to respond to the growing alienation between people and nature in the high-density, fast-paced city. It seeks to rebuild the connection between the senses and the environment through plants, creating an urban oasis that combines slow living, healing, and education. The design uses the metaphor of a mirage to symbolize people's yearning and imagination for nature, transforming it into a perceptible and experiential space. The park features diverse spatial types, allowing users to gradually immerse themselves in the natural atmosphere through walking, pausing, and interaction.
The spatial planning emphasizes the five senses, creating a layered healing environment through plants, water features, and light and shadow. This design not only provides a resting place but also aims to become a green node in the city, allowing people to rediscover nature, release stress, and promote communication amidst their busy lives.
