「倚岸」床邊輔助桌--賦予日常起居最穩固的支撐
對於長者或需要悉心照護的家人而言，「從床上起身」這個看似平凡的日常動作，有時會成為生活最大的困擾。然而，傳統的無障礙輔具往往帶有冰冷的醫療感，讓人產生心理抗拒。我們希望打破這道藩籬，將「輔助」轉化為一種自然的居家陪伴。我們採用幾何簡約的金屬管件，結合圓潤無銳角的把手設計，提供起身與坐下時最直覺的施力點，穩穩承接住身體重心的轉移，搭配木質桌面告別冷硬的材質，搭配四周向上包覆的防撞邊緣更有安心的感覺，我們在桌面設計了一點小巧思，考量到長者容易在用膳時溢出造成在床上的清潔困擾，因此我們將桌板設計成兩層及斜面結構來改善此問題。考量到長者的力氣較微弱，為了使桌面高度調節更輕鬆，我們使用渦卷彈簧做內部結構設計，桌板亦可旋轉角度配合使用者，底座的部分善用床墊的重量以增加穩固性。在美觀層面「倚岸」也能優雅地融入現代居家空間，既是實用的置物几，更是隱形的守護者。我們想做的，不只是輔具更是能讓使用者在每一次動作中，都能感受到安心、從容，還有被好好照顧及陪伴的安心感。

The shore bedside table

“Lean Shore” Bedside Assist Table — Stable Support for Everyday Living

For elderly individuals or those requiring care, getting out of bed can be a daily challenge. Traditional assistive devices often feel cold and clinical, creating psychological resistance. “Lean Shore” redefines assistance as a natural presence in the home.

The design uses geometric metal tubing and rounded handles to provide intuitive support for standing and sitting, ensuring stable weight transfer. A wooden tabletop adds warmth, while raised edges improve safety.

To reduce cleaning issues from spills, the tabletop features a two-layer structure with a slight incline. A spiral spring mechanism allows easy height adjustment, and the tabletop can rotate to suit different needs. The base uses mattress weight to enhance stability.

Blending into modern interiors, “Lean Shore” is both a functional table and a subtle guardian, bringing users comfort, security, and a sense of care in every movement.
