Joint In is a modular system engineered to activate idle urban land. By developing standardized geometric joints with metal frameworks and rPET recycled components, we simplify assembly for rapid spatial transformation. Unlike traditional temporary structures that become waste, our components can be disassembled without damage and fully reused in new configurations, realizing a "Cradle-to-Cradle" industrial cycle.
To lower the barrier to participation, we developed an online platform that transforms complex engineering into an intuitive modular design experience. This allows users to autonomously define modules—such as workspaces or micro-markets—returning land-use autonomy to the community. This model reduces the time costs of vacant land during development gaps and creates socially resilient spaces through modular integration. While upholding environmental responsibility, Joint In reconstructs the vital connection between people and urban land.
