As Taiwan entered a super-aged society in 2025, over 45% of people aged 50+ struggle with dental visits due to historical education gaps and complex terminology. Oralink Project bridges the gap between health professionals, patients, and families by translating clinical procedures into a "Dental Consultation SOP."
To alleviate medical anxiety, the project features a pre-visit platform, an in-visit illustrated manual, and interactive post-visit care scratch cards. The visual system blends "Taiwanese Sensibility" with dental elements, transforming professional care into an approachable visual language. Through design intervention, Oralink Project ensures dental care is no longer a distant medical task, but a warm, understandable part of daily life, fostering mutual trust and positive interaction.
