This project centers on media narratives and presents an interactive game design.
Players take on the role of a talk show host, interviewing guests and gathering information in order to create headlines for various events. The game emphasizes how headlines shape perception and interpretation, using diverse scenarios to demonstrate how different choices lead to different outcomes. Through this process, players are encouraged to reflect on how media presentation influences public understanding.
With the rapid development of media and the increasing speed at which information is consumed, misleading news and sensational headlines have become more prevalent. When encountering a report, people are often influenced first by its headline. Inaccurate or misleading headlines can easily shape the audience’s perception and judgment of an event.
