Trail of Firework is inspired by Taiwanese festival fireworks, focusing on the residues left after their fleeting display. Discarded materials such as paper tubes and fragments, once carrying festive memories, are often overlooked as waste. Through collecting, dismantling, and remaking, these materials are transformed into an interactive kaleidoscope. By preserving their textures and reconfiguring their forms, the project extends the moment of explosion into a continuous visual experience. As viewers rotate and observe, they engage with shifting patterns of light and shadow, rethinking the relationship between fireworks, materials, and the environment as an ongoing cycle.
