居於市里

本專題「居於市里」旨在針對臺灣本土高濕氣候與社會環境，研發一套永續且可快速部署的「過渡性微型村落」安置系統 。面對現行大型收容模式在隱私與心理療癒上的結構性不足，本設計導入創傷知情照護原則，以獨立單元與「紙袋」造型意象，象徵承載希望的過渡容器，藉此重建無家者的個體尊嚴與自主權。
在空間規劃上，單元內部採1.8坪的緊湊尺度，並維持230公分的挑高以減少空間壓迫感。內部依通用設計原則區分閱讀工作區、收納與標準高度睡眠區，消弭因身體障礙導致的空間歧視 。整體場域摒棄傳統兵營式排列，改採向心式聚落佈局，將居住單元沿外圍環狀配置，包圍整合衛浴、交流與醫療機能的公共核心區，從空間結構上自然提升社區互助與歸屬感。
結構創新方面，採用木質直交板與輕型鋼結構混合系統，完美平衡臺灣對抗震韌性與優異防熱、防潮性的雙重需求。地基則運用微型螺旋樁，達成無水泥、可逆且快速部署的最小環境干預。本系統不僅具備高度通用性，更配合三階段轉銜機制輔導就業，期盼為國內提供一個人道、永續且具政策價值的過渡性安置解決方案。

Living in the city

"Living in the city" proposes a sustainable, transitional micro-village for Taiwan's houseless. Grounded in trauma-informed care, the project replaces large shelters with private, accessible 1.8-ping units designed to restore dignity. A concentric village layout places these independent units around a central hub of shared medical, social, and restroom facilities, naturally fostering community.
To address Taiwan's climate and seismic activity, the design utilizes a hybrid wood and light-steel structure. Cement-free micro screw piles enable rapid, eco-friendly, and reversible deployment. Beyond housing, the project integrates a three-stage transition mechanism to support employment, offering a humane and policy-ready solution.
