In 2025, Ji Jingchen lives under the shadow of early-onset Alzheimer's disease, as his memory fades and the boundary between past and present blurs. After a brief moment of disorientation, his close friend Li Mingyi takes him back to his old home to sort through what time has left behind. As an old schoolbag is opened, buried objects and unspoken emotions quietly resurface.
Fragments of youth drift between memory and reality—shared walks, silent closeness, and an unspoken moment that changes everything. Though never confessed, these feelings leave a lasting mark.
Yet growing up is not only gentle. Outside judgment, family pressures, and emotional distance begin to fracture what was once pure. As time passes, memories become incomplete, and once vivid moments turn distant.
In a fading world, Ji struggles to hold onto something—perhaps a memory, perhaps a person. When past and present intertwine again, emotions resurface, while some truths remain unspoken.
