臺灣每年產生約500萬公噸農業副資材,多作為低值燃料使用,目前農業育苗多使用塑膠穴植管,不僅造成大量塑膠廢棄物,且容易導致根系盤繞,影響植株存活率。本設計透過綠色化學技術將農業副資材轉化為高值化產品,實現「由廢轉生」的循環經濟理念。
1.材料開發與應用
採用綠色技術-深共熔溶劑(DES),低能耗、低污染從甘蔗渣中萃取木質素。利用木質素天然的膠合特性與生物可降解性,將其開發為新型複合材料。該材料於半年內在環境中完全分解,且分解後可轉化為有機養分,改善土質並促進生態循環。
2.可降解式穴植管設計
◆倒五角錐造形:符合人體工學,方便作業者抓握與施力,可直接插入土壤種植,免除換盆程序並減少根系受損。
◆內部導根線系統:管內壁導引結構,可有效解決根系盤根問題,引導根系向下生長,確保苗木健康。
◆向內凹斜口設計:頂部斜口兼具漏斗功能,能精確引導水流至根部中心,並縮小土表暴露面積以抑制雜草萌發。
◆底部縮口:透過導根線縮小底部開口,減少穴植管中土壤流失。

◆大幅減少植栽病蟲害及雜草問題,提升效率與苗木存活率。
◆於半年內完全降解為有機養分,更可改善土壤品質。
